Our team worked closely with Limusa to implement the ticketing and the Operation Assistance System (SAE), ensuring efficient management and improved user experience.

We implement advanced stop announcement systems on bus shelters and a mobile application personalized that has significantly improved the passenger experience.

Our collaboration extended to the implementation of physical points of sale and customer service customizers. This has allowed Limusa to offer a more complete service, making it easier for passengers to personalize social cards, sell tickets and card recharges in the same machines on board, physical points and adding online recharge via Web with card payment.

We especially highlight our collaboration with Limusa in the implementation of validations with EMV payment on the same machine, a milestone that demonstrates our commitment to cutting-edge technology and operational efficiency.

Systems Integration Almex is proud of its collaboration with Castellón Tram, a leading transportation entity in the region. Tram de Castellón's geographical proximity to our workplace and municipality adds additional value to our collaboration, allowing us to provide even more personalized support and service.

Our ticketing system with an on-board computer and validator has improved the user experience and increased operational efficiency. Tram passengers now enjoy easier boarding, while the Tram team has gained access to valuable real-time data that drives decision-making with our reports Data Warehouse.

A particularly notable aspect of our collaboration has been the seamless integration of our onboard equipment with the Tram's own external Operation Assistance System (SAE). This achievement has resulted in the total harmonization of both systems, allowing fluid communication and real-time data that have significantly optimized the management and operation of the Tram.
